Most common repairs — virus removal, tune-ups, OS reinstalls — are typically the same or next day. Hardware repairs that require parts typically take two to four days depending on availability. Server and AV work is scoped and scheduled in advance. We keep you updated throughout.

Both. We offer on-site repair and setup for business clients. For residential clients we offer on-site visits or drop-off service. Conference room and server work is always on-site.

We'll tell you honestly if a repair isn't worth the cost. If replacement makes more sense we can help you source a new device, transfer your data, and get you set up — no pressure, no upsell.

Our primary focus is Windows-based systems. We can handle basic Mac support and diagnostics but for complex Mac repairs we'll let you know upfront if it's outside our scope.

Yes — the diagnostic fee covers our time to assess the issue and give you an honest recommendation. If you proceed with the repair the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost.
